Balanced Mind: Antidepressant Tapering Support is a program designed to provide hope, support, guidance, and education through the journey of antidepressant tapering.

  • If you are happy and love your life as it is while taking an antidepressant, this program is NOT for you.

  • If you’ve never considered tapering off your antidepressant, this program is NOT for you.

  • If you deeply identify with your mental health diagnosis, this program is NOT for you.

  • Women who, with the support of their health practitioner, want to experience life without the mind-altering effects of a psychoactive drug (yes, all antidepressants fall into this category)

  • Women who have tried tapering (or going cold turkey) in the past and want to try it again (differently, with loads of support)

Balanced Mind: What’s Included?

  • 3 month commitment to healing

  • 2 hour intensive video call to help me understand what’s gotten you to where you are today

  • We will co-create a specialized strategy to ensure you are informed and supported throughout the tapering process

  • Weekly coaching calls - 60-90 minutes each

  • Personalized tips, tools, and resources to help support you with any struggles you face
